NFM concludes as volume leader

National Flour Mills Ltd (NFM) headed light trading as 82,720 shares crossed the floor of the Stock Exchange valued at $53,849.60.

Trinidad Cement Ltd (TCL) accounted for 18,500 shares with a value of $77,330.00. Scotiabank Trinidad & Tobago Ltd (SBTT) and Ansa Merchant Bank Ltd (AMBL) posted volumes of 5,204 shares and 3,738 shares valued at $154,774.00 and $110,644.80, respectively.

The West Indian Tobacco Company Ltd (WCO) added 1,340 shares for a value of $37,533.40. Wednesday’s total volume was 112,027 shares with a market value of $439,483.80. Advances monopolised trading activity with SBTT gaining $0.17 to close at $29.75 and TCL climbing $0.03 to $4.18. The Composite Index climbed 0.41 points to 787.53. The All T&T Index added 0.84 points to end at 1,105.03. The Cross Listed Index was unchanged at 58.39.
